Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
LDE: Michael Bennett, Da'Quan Bowers, Kyle Moore, Alex Magee
DT: Gerald McCoy, Frank Okam, E.J. Wilson
DT: Roy Miller, Brian Price, Al Woods
RDE: Adrian Clayborn, Tim Crowder, George Johnson, Brandon Gilbeaux
SLB: Quincy Black, Dekoda Watson, Brandon Heath
MLB: Mason Foster, Tyrone McKenzie, Derrell Smith
WLB: Geno Hayes, Adam Hayward, Simoni Lawrence, Victor Aiyewa
LCB: Aqib Talib, Myron Lewis, D.J. Johnson, Vince Anderson
RCB: Ronde Barber, E.J. Biggers, Anthony Gaitor, Elbert Mack
SS: Sean Jones, Corey Lynch, Dominique Harris, Devin Holland
FS: Cody Grimm, Larry Asante, Ahmad Black
Comments: Coach Raheem Morris will make Da'Quan Bowers beat out Michael Bennett at right end, should be a battle. "Michael Bennett was our starting left defensive end at the end of last year and he deserves the right to be there right now until it's taken," Morris said.
The Mike linebacker still up for grabs between Mason Foster and Tyrone McKenzie. It will be decided by their play in the preseason games.
Everything else is as expected.
Offense
WR: Mike Williams, Sammie Strougher, Micheal Spurlock, Ed Gant, Ray Webber
LT: Donald Penn, Demar Dotson, Cory Brandon
LG: Ted Larsen, Brandon Carter, Marc Dile
C: Jeff Faine, Jeremy Zuttah, Matt Allen
RG: Davin Joseph, Derek Hardman, Thomas Claiborne
RT: Jeremy Trueblood, James Lee, Will Barker
TE: Kellen Winslow, Luke Stocker, Dan Hardy, Ryan Purvis, Nathan Overbay, Jose Cruz
WR: Arrelious Benn, Dez Briscoe, Preston Parker, Jock Sanders, Detron Lewis
QB: Josh Freeman, Josh Johnson, Rudy Carpenter, Mike Coughline, Jonathan Crompton
RB: LeGarrette Blount, Kregg Lumpkin, Allen Bradford, Mossis Madu, Armando Allen
FB: Earnest Graham, Erik Lorig, Rendrick Taylor, Nick Reveiz
Comments: About what you expected. Ted Larsen back as starter at left guard. Battle will be for right tackle between Trueblood and Lee. Plenty of competition for roster spots at wide receiver and tight end. Running back is crowded right now. Earnest Graham has looked "explosive" in camp.
Look for Coughlin to be cut soon. His passes are not NFL-calibre. That's why they brought in Crompton, who could end up on the practice squad and have a chance to make the team next year if Josh Johnson heads somewhere else in search of a starting job.
Special Teams
Punter: Michael Koenen, Robert Malone
Placekicker: Connor Barth, Jacob Rogers
Kickoffs: Koenen, Barth
Long Snap: Christian Yount
Punt Return: Micheal Spurlock, Preston Parker, Sammie Stroughter
Kickoff Return: Spurlock, Parker, Stroughter
Comments: Koenen is the punter and kickoff man, letting Barth concentrate on field goals. Return men same as last year. Question mark is long snapper. With Andrew Economos on the mend from an Achilles problem, will the team turn this important task over to an unproven rookie? Keep an eye on those long snaps in the preseason games.
There you have it folks. Take it, print it out and cross through the players as they're sent packing.
