UFC 133: Fight Card, Live Streaming, How To Order and More

Adam WellsJun 7, 2018

UFC 133 features one of the more interesting main events of the year when Tito Ortiz steps into the octagon with Rashad Evans. It's a fight that should be a one-sided slaughter in favor of Evans, but no one gave Ortiz a chance last month at UFC 132 against Ryan Bader and he scored a victory.

Evans is a much better fighter than Bader, I know, but the fact that Ortiz was able to upset someone who he had no chance to beat gives you some pause before saying that Evans is going to destroy Ortiz.

In the semi-main event, Vitor Belfort makes his first appearance in the octagon since being kicked in the face by Anderson Silva at UFC 126 and takes on Yoshihiro Akiyama.

Belfort needs a confidence boost, and UFC was willing to sacrifice Akiyama in order to give him what he needs. That's not to say that Akiyama has no chance in this fight. On the contrary, he can easily defeat Belfort if he is able to frustrate him early on.

If you want to watch the main card, you will have to call your local cable or satellite provider and tell them that you want to see Tito Ortiz get knocked out. You can also watch the streaming feed on UFC TV and Yahoo Sports.

On the Spike TV portion of the prelim card, Chad Mendes will look to solidify his spot as the No. 1 contender in the featherweight division with a victory over Roni Yahya.

Kenny Florian was given the next title shot against Jose Aldo, but that was only because Mendes did not want to wait for Aldo to get healthy in order to fight again. It's a risky move but one that apparently he felt was right for his career.

Mendes and Yahya is an intriguing fight because of the way that their style clash. Mendes is a grind-it-out wrestler who wants to work from the ground. Yahya is a submission specialist with a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

If Mendes takes the fight to the ground, he is playing right into Yahya's strengths. It could make for an ugly fight or an impressive submission victory for Yahya.

The other Spike TV fight is Matt Hamill taking on Alexander Gustafsson. Hamill needs to rebound after that ugly loss to Quinton Jackson at UFC 130, and Gustafsson is a guy who is more his speed.

There will be four fights that will be broadcast on the official UFC Facebook page beginning at 5:45 p.m. EST.

Here is the entire fight card for UFC 133:
