Update on WWE Diva's Stalker Situation and Absence from Battle Royal

It looks like WWE Diva Maryse won't have to worry about being stalked any further thanks to the legal system.

According to TMZ, a Los Angeles Superme Court judge granted a request from Maryse to file a restraining order against 61-year-old Lee Silber this morning. Under the order, Silber is prohibited from coming within 300 feet of the Diva for the next three years.

For those not aware of the news, Maryse had been receiving numerous disturbing voicemails on her cell phone from Silber who was promising to meet her in person during WWE live events. This led to the WWE beefing up security in arenas last month in anticipation of any threatening situation.

TMZ was unable to get an interview from Maryse, yet was seen leaving the LA courthouse with her real-life boyfriend, The Miz.

In addition, Maryse had confirmed on her Twitter account on Monday that she was not in the Divas Battle Royal because she will be out of action for a while due to having surgery coming up for an abdominal hernia. Here's what she had posted:

As much as I do hate the sorry state of women's wrestling in the WWE right now, I do wish Maryse good luck with her upcoming surgery and, hopefully, being able to move on from the stalker incident.
