Sunday Night Football Stealing Monday Night Football's Glory
Is NBC's Sunday Night Football slowly taking over as the best football night of the week?
Every season the biggest game to play in is a Monday Night Football game. It used to be the top game of the week.
This season I think Sunday Night Football will steal the glory. If you're a football fan looking for a great game, Sunday Night will have it way over Monday Night.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Look at the first few weeks.
Week 1
Dallas Cowboys at New York Jets on Sunday night. A prime-time September 11th game in New York. What could possibly be bigger? America's team at New York on 9/11.
Monday Night Football used to have the answer to that. This year you get New England at a rebuilding Miami team, and Oakland at a rebuilding Denver team. Whoopdy doo.
Week 2
Philadelphia Eagles at Atlanta Falcons on Sunday night. This could be the highest rated NFL game ever. Michael Vick going back to Atlanta with NFL's dream team playing the Falcons, which has built a high-powered offense and had the NFL's best record last year.
I'm already anxious for this game. Who's in the Monday Night game, you may ask? The St. Louis Rams at the New York Giants. Talk about a let down.
Week 3
Pittsburgh Steelers at Indianapolis Colts on Sunday night. What a game where two different playing styles collide. The high-powered finesse Colts vs. the powerful physical Steelers. Oh yeah both teams happen to be the last two Super Bowl runner-ups.
The Monday Night game this week is the lousy Washington Redskins at Dallas Cowboys. I know this is a bitter NFC East rivalry, but come on. Anyone with half a brain can tell you the Steelers at Colts is a must see.
Week 4
New York Jets at Baltimore Ravens on Sunday Night. This rematch of last year's Monday Night game is now on Sunday Night. This could be a preview of the AFC Championship Game. Two very physical defense first teams collide for what should be a low scoring very close game.
The Monday Night game this week is Indianapolis at Tampa Bay. Now that game will be a good one, but if the average NFL fan had a choice for Monday Night, it would be the Jets at Ravens.
Week 5
Green Bay Packers at Atlanta Falcons on Sunday Night. The rematch of last season's NFC Divisional playoff matchup in Atlanta is a must see.
The Georgia Dome will be rocking in anticipation for the Super Bowl Champs and the team who knocked their beloved Falcons out of the playoffs to come to town.
The Monday Night matchup is the Chicago Bears at the Detroit Lions. Enough said.
Do I need to go on anymore?
