Wesley Sneijder Edges Closer to £30 Million Manchester United Transfer
According to an exclusive report at Mirror.co.uk this morning, Manchester United have agreed a fee with Inter Milan for Wesley Sneijder.
United apparently lodged a formal bid at the weekend, with Inter officials confirming the deal had been agreed in principle on Monday.
Dutch midfielder Sneijder is now cleared to discuss personal terms with United, bringing into question once again United's reticence to match or go higher than the £190,000 per week he takes home in Italy.

The Mirror believe there could be a solution. They suggest United will offer Sneijder a "sliding pay scale" to include lots of bonus potential and incentives on top of his salary, in an attempt to finally get their man.
Sneijder's agent is reportedly set to fly into England before the end of the week, with United keen on finalizing a deal before the start of the new Premier League season.
Another suggestion in the article is that Dimitar Berbatov could be offered as a potential makeweight in the deal. The Bulgarian has also been linked to cash-rich Paris Saint-Germain this morning.
