King JJun 7, 2018

Deja vu. Here we go again. The highly anticipated superfight of Abner Mares vs. Joseph Agbeko is finally happening just around the corner on Saturday, August 13 at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas and as the Showtime Bantamweight Tournament championship fight it can be seen, obviously, on Showtime.

Mares vs. Agbeko was initially supposed to take place April 23 in LA at the Nokia Theater, but a last-minute injury to Agbeko forced the fight to be postponed.

Agbeko has healed up and is ready to fight. He has claimed he is feeling even stronger than before.
