Wenger Has to Come Up With Results

I love watching Arsenal play and love the free flowing football which at times is the best in Europe but there is no end product.

Originally in the early Wenger years he had a strong back line of Keown and Adams who could mix it with English players and in the midfield he had the tenacious paring of Viera and Petit. I think thats what Arsenals midfield lacks is someone who is going to give the midfield some bite. They could do with a Viera style player now.

He cant blame sides who come up from the championship. Teams like Stoke are short on skill and flair and are going to play to their strengths and give 110 % and go in hard on the opposition and battle. Teams know  now that if they try to out football Arsenal they will lose but if they are aggresive to them they havent got an answer. I think sometimes they are not up for those games like the games against Liverpool and Manchester United.

Being strong is not the only problem ,as shown again last night against Fenerbache they missed a whole host of chances Van Persie was one of the players at fault missing some good chances.I am fed up though with the amount of chances wasted though there are so many games that we should win 10-0 going on the amount of chances we had.Adebayor is the chief culprit he scored 30 goals last season but really should have had 50. I think that if we did a chances ratio then i think his would be very low.

We need a more prolific striker who doesnt miss loads of chances like the ones we have at the moment else we will not win the title for a while.
