Kimbo Slice Coming To WWE?

There have been rumors ever since Elite XC folded that former fighters would go to UFC or other MMA companies. However, some such as Kimbo Slice have been mentioned by WWE writers.

One writer made a comment to Vince McMahon about it to which he seemed not to care, by never answering back.

For those of you who don't know who Kimbo is, I'll tell you a little about him.

Basically he's an overhyped MMA fighter who gets alot of attention for no reason. Sort of how Brock Lesnar is in UFC. He gets main event fights that no one really expects him to win, but for some reason, he's won a few of them. But he still has more losses than wins.

You may remember his last fight which he lost. Now in fairness, he was scheduled to fight Ken Shamrock who had to bail out last minute, so Kimbo was left without a fight. Elite couldn't have that at their show, so they brought in a new competitor.

Not many people, if any, had heard of this guy, and all the sudden he beat Kimbo Slice, proving the over hyped fighter was not who people thought he was.

You know Kimbo alone could be the reason why people watch MMA organizations like UFC more.

They actually want to see a fight, and Kimbo hardly ever gives them that. Sure, he could make the comment that he could beat me, or any other Joe off the street. But I'm not a fighter, he supposedly is, even if he isn't good.is.

In any case, Kimbo coming to the WWE would be a good but bad move in my opinion. Sure he has the hype, but none of the MMA following to bring along with him.

He could be a Wrestlemania opponent for someone, but I doubt it. Most of the time, WWE tries to get a good athlete in, not a guy like Kimbo.

Hey maybe TNA will take him. I heard from a WWE legend that it's a graveyard for WWE wrestlers, so maybe it's also one for Elite's guys too.

But what do you think, should Kimbo come to the WWE?  Better question is, should Vince even consider it?
