Cristiano Ronaldo Announces That Real Madrid Will Defeat FC Barcelona

According to an article by Vatan and published in the online magazine Goal.com, Cristiano Ronaldo announced that Real Madrid will defeat FC Barcelona in the next La Liga season.

Ronaldo went further and stated that Barcelona will be brought "back to earth."

Ronaldo expressed confidence that Real Madrid will be stronger next season without elaborating further on how this will be accomplished. Ronaldo also made comments about the recent signing of Nuri Sahin.

Ronaldo stated that he will do his best to help Sahin get used to his new team. He also went further by saying that Real will do its best to win trophies next season.

In a separate news story published by Goal.com, Alfredo Di Stefano (who is an institution in Real Madrid) expressed confidence in Real Madrid under Jose Mourinho. Di Stefano expressed confidence that Mourinho is a "positive impact" on Real Madrid and placed emphasis on a victory.
