Real Madrid: Jose Mourinho Fires Pedro Leon from Santiago Bernabeu
According to the E Magazine Goal.com, Pedro Leon was told by Jose Mourinho that his services are no longer needed in Real Madrid. Leon was notified by Mourinho in spite of his desire to remain at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Mourinho is hoping to reduce his squad for the 2011-2012 La Liga season. The departure seems inevitable since Leon appeared in only 14 matches during the 2010-2011 La Liga season.
Pedro Leon appears to have problems with Jose Mourinho, which jeopardizes any possibility of remaining in Real Madrid. Florentino Perez (President of Real Madrid) is in theoretical agreement with Mourinho.

Perez has purchased Jose Callejon from Espanyol, Hamit Alintrop from Bayern Munich, and Nuri Sahin from Borussia Dortmund. The result is that Pedro Leon is being gradually squeezed out of Real Madrid.
It appears that Leon may go to another team in La Liga or could go elsewhere. It remains to be seen what deal Perez may make to remove Pedro Leon from the Santiago Bernabeu.
The possibility exists that a deal can be made with a Premier League team. The E Magazine Insidefutbol.com reported the possibility of Leon going to Chelsea for the 2011-2012 EPL season.
It remains to be seen whether other English Premier League teams will show an interest in Leon.
