
The Ultimate Fighter Finale Results: Live Play-by-Play for the Entire Fight Card
In just a few hours, the Season 13 winner of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) will be determined in a fight between Ramsey Nijem and Tony Ferguson.
Also, a clash a lightweight contenders between Clay Guida and former WEC Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis could have the winner one step closer to fighting for a UFC belt.

Reuben Duran vs. Francisco Rivera

Round 1
Duran shoots in for a double leg and Rivera locks up a deep guillotine choke. However, Duran is somehow able to free himself. Rivera escapes and is looking for a guillotine again, but Duran frees himself and lands some knees to the body.
Both fighters are trading shots against the fence.
Rivera drops for a single, but Duran defends and lands a combination against the fence. Both fighters continue to land knees to the body and uppercuts.
Duran drops down and slams Rivera with a double leg. Now, Duran attempts a guillotine with one minute remaining. Rivera esacpes and drops some big elbows from Duran's full guard. Duran attempts an armbar, but Rivera makes him pay by dropping a right hand.
Back-and-forth round, tough to score.

Round 2
Duran starts the round with an inside leg kick. He follows with an outside leg kick and an overhand right.
Rivera rocks Duran with a left hook. Duran's legs wobble, but he is firing back now. Duran lands a kick to the groin of Rivera and action is paused.
Rivera throws an inside leg kick and Duran shoots in for a double leg. Again, Rivera locks up a guillotine choke, but Duran shakes his way out of it and ends up in the full guard.
Duran takes Rivera's back with a body triangle at the end of the round.

Round 3
Duran goes to the body, but takes a kick to the leg in the process. Duran answers with a leg kick of his own, though.
Duran takes Rivera down and lands in side control. Duran gets a mounted crucifix and Rivera bucks him off, but Duran takes his opponent's back and finishes the fight with a rear naked choke.
Duran defeats Rivera by submission (rear naked choke) at 1:57 of the third round.
Scott Jorgensen vs. Ken Stone

Round 1
Jorgensen blasts Stone with a striaght right, but Stone rounters with a hard right hook.Jorgensen lands another hard right hand. Stone returns with an inside leg kick.
Jorgensen is controlling the center and landing his right hand with consistency.
Stone opens up, though, and buckles Jorgensen with an inside leg kick. Stone presses Jorgensen against the cage. Jorgensen separates and lands an elbow, but Stone lands a hard right and a glancing head kick.
Jorgensen takes the fight to the ground with a double leg, but Stone is threatening with triangle chokes. Jorgensen lifts Stone and takes him back down with a single leg.
Jorgensen lands an overhand right from full guard and Stone is out immediately.
Jorgensen yells, "I'm back!"
Jorgensen defeats Stone by knockout (punch) at 4:01 of the first round.
Clay Harvison vs. Justin Edwards

Round 1
Edwards forces the action early with leg kicks and presses Harvison to the fence. Edwards complete an excellent lateral drop into side control, but Harvison escapes.
Edwards presses with a combination and takes Harvison down again with a double leg. Harvison stands, but is taken right back down with another double leg.
Edwards attempts a guillotine, but lets it go and allows Harvison to stand. Edwards fails to complete a single leg, but continues to look for the takedown with a double leg and gets it eventually. Aagin, Harvison escapes.
Edwards misses on a throw and attempts a heel hook. Harvison slips out of it, but ends up on his back. Harvison attempts an armbar, but Edwards escapes and is looking for an inverted triangle.
Harvison attempts a guillotine at the end of the round.

Round 2
Edwards lands a right hook and leg kick to start the round. Harvison lands an inside leg kick and forces a lazy shot from Edwards with a knee to the body.
Edwards presses Harvison against the cage and attempts a lazy takedown. Edwards looks drained.Harvison lands elbows to the body.
Edwards lands a spinning back kick and presses Harvison to the fence again. Harvison reverses positions and separates.
Harvison hits Edwards with a straight left and lands some knees to the body from a thai clinch. Edwards tries another spinning back kick, but it misses.
Both fighters land left hooks and Edwards is pressing for a takedown at the end of the round, but he isn't able to finish.

Round 3
Edwards clips Harvison with a right, but Harvison is swinging wildly and has Edwards hurt and wobbling. Harvison lands a knee to the body, presses Edwards to the cage and takes the fight to the ground.
Harvison is working slowly from the top, but landing some hard elbows. Edwards throws his legs up for a triangle, but Harvison transitions to side control. Edwards escapes, though, and takes Harvison down.
Harvison stands with less than two minutes remaining. Edwards lands a jab, but Harvison returns a straight right.
Edwards secures a very important takedown with one minute remaining. Edwards takes Harvison's back, but he is high and slides out of the position. Edwards gets yet another takedown with seconds remaining.

Ryan McGillivray vs. Shamar Bailey

Bailey counters with a jab. McGillivray throws a right hook, but Bailey ducks it and takes McGillivray down. Bailey postures up and lands some big shots. Bailey lets McGillivray up and lands an uppercut from the clinch.
McGillivray attempts a takedown, but Bailey ends up on top with a whizzer. Bailey lets McGillivray stand again and looks exhausted already.
McGillivray counters a kick to the body with a left hook, but gets taken down with seconds remaining in the round.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Bailey.
Round 2
McGillivray looks much quicker to start the second round and lands left. Bailey shoots in and McGillivray defends.
Bailey counters a combination with a left and then takes McGillivray down with a double leg. Bailey lands a hard right hand from the half guard.
Bailey takes McGillivray's back, but McGillivray quickly regains full guard.

Round 3
McGillivray lands a head kick, but Bailey takes the fight to the ground. McGillivray stands and lands another head kick, but again is taken down and Bailey is in side control.
McGillivray stands and separates with less than three minutes left. Bailey attempts a double leg, but it is stuffed by McGillivray.
Bailey is successful on a second attempt, though, and defends a kimura that allows him to move into side control. Bailey is landing short elbows and takes McGillivray's back.
McGillivray stands, but he has a kick caught by Bailey and the fight comes to an end with Bailey spawled on top of McGillivray.

Josh Grispi vs. George Roop

Roop lands a right hand a Grispi charges in with his head down. Grispi shoots in and eats an elbow before taking Roop down.
Grispi is looking for a kimura, but Roop defends and Grispi looks for a guillotine. Roop defends it easily though and is landing hard elbows as Grispi tries to take him back down.
Grispi eventaully puts Roop on his back and gains full mount. However, Roop stands and starts landing more elbows against the fence.
Roop separates and lands a combination before being pressed against the cage again. Roop reverses positions and Grispi pulls guard.
Roop postures up and lands some solid ground-and-pound. A solid knee to the body at the end of the round may have allowed Roop to steal the round on the cards.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Roop.
Round 2
Roop puts Grispi on his back with a front kick to the body. Roop is landing hammerfists against the cage with less than four minutes remaining in the round.
More than two minutes into the round, Roop is now landing hard elbows and takes Grispi's back without hooks.
Grispi hasn't mounted any type of offense with about one minute remaining in the round and he is still eating hard shots against the fence.

Round 3
Roop is landing kicks to the body to counter Grispi's slow punches. Grispi catches a kick, though, and takes Roop down.
Roop looks for an omoplata, but only uses it as an opportunity to stand. Grispi takes him right back down and Roop's back is up against the fence.
Grispi loses his mouthpiece and referee Herb Dean allows him to put it back in as he is taking punches. Dean calls another questionable halt to the fight as Roop lands a kick to the thighs of Grispi, although it appeared to catch Grispi in the cup at first glance.
Roop lands a hard hook to the body and Grispi crumples. Another stoppage from Dean marks the end of the fight.
Roop defeats Grispi by technical knockout at 3:14 of the third round.
Jeremy Stephens vs. Danny Downes

Round 1
Stephens lands a knee from the clinch and looks for a double leg. Downes defends, though. Stephens lands a leg kick and another knee. Downes returns with a number of knees from the clinch.
Stephens hits Downes with a hard right hook and equally powerful left uppercut. Downes looks hesitant after feeling the power of Stephens, but he lands an inside leg kick.
Stephens presses Downes against the cage and lands knee to the body. Downes lands an inside leg kick, but Stephens returns with two knees to the body from the clinch.
Stephens lands another hard right hook with one minute left in the round. As the fighters separate Stephens buckles Downes with another right hook, but Downes keeps his feet.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Stephens.
Round 2
Downes lands an inside leg kick and catches a Stephens kick. Stephens attempts a takedown, but Downes uses it to attempt a guillotine choke.
Stephens fight it off and winds up in the full guard. Stephens stands and drops an overhand right on Downes, allowing Stephens to move to side control.
Stephens is cranking a kimura, but Downes is somehow resisting to submission. Stephens lands two big elbows before Downes gets back to his feet.
Downes lands an inside leg kick, but a second one hits the crotch of Stephens. On the restart, Downes presses forward with a number of kicks.
Stephens answers with a body kick, then blasts Downes with an uppercut and right hook. Stephens takes Downes down and the fight ends with a big knee from Stephens.

Round 3
Stephens scores on an excellent combination and takes Downes down with a double leg. Downes stands, though, and pins Stephens to the cage.
Downes' is cut badly above the left eye from the combination that began the round.
Stephens lifts Downes, runs him across the Octagon and slams Downes. Stephens lands a knee as Downes stands.Stephens separates and lands some solid punches to the body before securing another takedown.
Downes escapes, but is taken back down quickly. Downes is trying desperately for an armbar that isn't there. Stephens defends and moves to half guard.
Downes allows Stephens to move into full mount and the fight ends with Downes in a rear naked choke.

Chuck O'Neil vs. Chris Cope

O'Neil lands a nice leg kick and follows that up with a kick to the body. Cope lands a leg kick of his own, but O'Neil presses him to the fence.
The fighters separate and O'Neil lands another leg kick. Cope lands a solid combination to the body and head of O'Neil.
O'Neil feints and Cope hits him with a hook. Cope lands another looping left hook that appears to have hurt O'Neil.
O'Neil gathers himself and lands a leg kick. Cope returns the favor and lands a jab to the body. Cope is pressing the action and scoring more often than O'Neil.
Cope lands a spinning back kick and another left hook. Cope lands a leg kick and O'Neil comes back with a kick to the body.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Cope.
Round 2
O'Neil gets the round started with three leg kicks. Cope returns with an inside leg kick.Cope fakes a superman punch and lands a kick to the body.
Cope secures a body lock against the cage, but O'Neil reverses positions and pushes away. O'Neil lands a leg kick and dodges a head kick from Cope.
Cope is finiding a home with his left hook. Cope continues to look for the combination of a right hook to the body and left hooks to the head, and O'Neil is not adjusting to it at all.

Cope presses O'Neil against the fence. O'Neil circles out and Cope lands a hard left hook again. Cope clinches and starts landing knees to the body.
O'Neil is having no luck with a single leg takedown attempt and Cope is picking him apart on the feet. Cope lands a spinning backfist and scores with a combination.
One minute remaining and this is heading toward a dominant decision victory for Cope.

Kingsbury is landing several kicks to the legs and body. He clinches and blasts Maldonado's body with knees.
Maldonado hits Kingsbury with a right hook. Kingsbury gets back to landing kicks from the outside and attempts a double leg takedown.
Maldonado looks to have a deep guillotine, but Kingsbury fights out of it. Maldonado is landing his left hook with frequency now and Kingsbury looks to have slowed his pace.
Maldonado scores on a quick combination and continues to press forward. Kingsbury fires back, though, and trips Maldonado to the ground.
Short elbows from the half guard for Kingsbury with less than a minute to go. Maldonado sweeps Kingbury and works the body of Kingsbury.
Maldonado finishes the round strong to make it a close round.

Kingsbury's nose is filled with blood and he is struggling with his breathing. Maldonado drops down for a single, but Kingsbury defends easily.
Maldonado lands a left hook and takes Kingsbury down. Kingsbury is looking for a stand-up with the rubber guard and he gets it.
Kingsbury's eye is swollen badly. Maldonado loses his mouthpiece and time is given for him to replace it. The fight ends with a Maldonado takedown.

According to Compustrike, Maldonado had a slight edge in total strikes landed, 91-90. Maldonado outlanded Kingsbury 79-28 in arm strikes landed.

Herman lands a left hook to knocks Credeur off balance. Credeur answers with a straight right, but Herman clinches and drops Credeur with an uppercut. Herman pounces and finishes the fight quickly.
Herman defeats Credeur by technical knockout (punches) at 0:48 of the first round.
Clay Guida vs. Anthony Pettis

Round 1
Pettis lands a nice combination after some feeling out from both fighters. Guida blocks a head kick and catches a leg kick, which he uses to take Pettis down.
Pettis is throwing his legs up and looking for a triangle choke. Guida is defending nicely, but isn't able to mount any type of offense as he worries about the submission attempts of Pettis.
Pettis attempts a head kick from his back and uses it as a distraction to stand, but Guida takes him right back down against the fence.
Again, Pettis' guard is extremely active, but Guida stays postured to defend the triangle. Guida finally is able to pass to half guard by the end of the round.
B/R scores the round 10-9 Guida.
Round 2
Pettis lands a straight right. Guida answers with a leg kick. Guida shoots in, lifts Pettis and finishes the takedown. Pettis has his back against the fence, but Guida isn't letting him get to his feet.
Finally, Pettis gets to his feet, but Guida is relentless in trying to keep this fight on the ground. Pettis breaks Guida grip and lands a nice combination followed by a head kick.
Pettis lands a wild spinning back kick. Guida nearly catches a leg kick and gets the fight to the ground with another double leg.
Pettis nearly catches Guida with an armbar, but Guida is saved by the bell.

Pettis stands and Guida attempts a throw, but Pettis ends up on top and takes Guida's back. Guida sneaks out the back door and ends up on top once again.
Guida takes Pettis' back with one hook and the fight comes to an end.

Ferguson lands an inside leg kick. Nijem gets hit with a left hook and a kick to the body. Ferguson lands another left hook and Nijem answers with an inside leg kick.
Nijem come forward wildly. Somehow, he is connecting with sloppy, looping punches though.
Ferguson blasts Nijem with a left hook and Nijem is out cold.
Ferguson defeats Nijem by knockout (punch) at 3:54 of the first round.
