Triple H, King Of Kings Or McMahon "Family" Man?

Well we all know The Game Triple H is a 12 time World Champion, but is it because of his ability or people he knows, like for instance the boss Vince McMahon, oh did I say that?  whoops.

I mean sure he was World Champion one time before he even met Stephanie McMahon, but as soon as he did, he took over as WWE's number one guy and has not looked back.

I mean 12 times, that is pretty good. But really by knowing Vince and the entire McMahon family as well as the creative team personally, he may have gotten a little favoritism possibly.

But lets look into that shall we, he is the only person in WWE's history to have 12 World title reigns, and although Ric Flair was in the WWE he didn't win all his World titles with the WWE as Triple H has.

So in retrospect it may be that he was put in the place of a lucky man, won the lottery if you will. But you have to think also that he may have earned it, he was in D-Generation X, the most popular faction of all time. Which helped him get popularity obviously.

He was actually put into the storyline where he was supposed to be a thorn in the McMahon's side, but more so Stephanie, which was a fresh beauty in the WWE at that time, and was popular by association mainly.

If you talked about the McMahons you didn't at that time talk about them separately you talked about them as a whole, The McMahons. It wasn't until the McMahon/Helmsley era that Stephanie really became popular.

And it really kickstarted Triple H's career, because not only was he in the most popular feud at the time, but also the fact that was getting greally popular too, which is the reason he got in so many title matches.

He was a face, which meant he was liked allot by the fans, so that helped sell tickets, and Vince being the business man he is saw the Triple H made the money and if he were to make more he would have him in the big matches and with the World Title often.

And then he gets even luckier when he gets the faction Evolution started with Ric Flair, Randy Orton, and Batista, which was huge on RAW, therefore making him huge, and then the title had to go to Triple H obviously.

Even while he was a heel, he still brought in fans, so the creative discovered they could do more with him, cause he could work face or heel, and that got him more attention therefore getting another reign.

So it may not be the family that got him the 12 title reigns, but the fact of him being so popular in his roles, Cena is probably the next to do it, and possibly Orton. As long as you're popular you will get the World Title, its just fact, you will always be a prisoner of your own popularity.
