NFL: DeSean Jackson Wants Nnamdi Asomugha to Join the Eagles' Nest
With endless speculation around the league about the future of Oakland Raiders CB Nnamdi Asomugha, the latest addition to the rumor mill comes at the hands of Philadelphia Eagles star wide receiver DeSean Jackson.
A wide receiver's enemy is ultimately a cornerback, so when one pushes to bring the other onto the team, you know he's a big deal.
Jackson knows Asomugha's talent first hand, dating back to their days at the University of California. The two have been quite acquainted, so bringing the extra chemistry onto the team certainly cannot hurt.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Bringing the All-Star cornerback to Philadelphia has been something D-Jax would love to see.
"During the Pro Bowl I was actually telling him, 'Come on man, you know we need you over here.' So I definitely would not mind calling him," Jackson said on Philadelphia's WPEN-FM.
At 29 years old, Asomugha held his opposing receivers to only 13 receptions last season, still proving to be one the league's elite corners. Once a Collective Bargaining Agreement is finally reached, you can expect Asomugha's phone to be ringing off the table.
With many options around the league, how could he pass up the chance to play with Jackson, Asante Samuel, Michael Vick, "Shady" McCoy and Jeremy Maclin?
With that impressive cast, the Philadelphia Eagles are on the brink of a trip to Disney, and adding Asomugha to that talented roster would put a smile on every fan's face in Philly.
