Real Madrid to Face Leicester City FC at Walker's Stadium
ย Real Madrid will be facing Leicester City FC at a preseason friendly at Walker's Stadium. The match is expected to be held on June 30, 2011.
The match will be the only fixture for Real Madrid in Great Britain during the summer of 2011. Leicester will be able to see Cristiano Ronaldo, Kaka, Iker Casilllas, Sergio Ramos, and Xabi Alfonso.
Jose Mourinho is also expected to be in Leicester City during the match. Sven-Goranย Eriksson (manager of Leicester City FC) made the announcement on the club's website.

Eriksson praisedย Mourinho as well as Real Madrid during his announcement. Aiyawatt Raksriaksorn (Leicester City FC Vice Chairman) and Emilio Butragueno (former Real Madrid player and the club's Institutional Relationship Director) expressedย their joy of seeing Real Madrid perform in the team's stadium and home town.
Both men praised the match as a vehicle for promoting the relationship between Real Madrid and Leicester City. Real Madrid is not the only team that will be playing in preseason friendlies during the summer.
FC Barcelona and Manchester United have announced a preseason friendly in Washington DC around the summer of 2011. It will be interesting to see these matches.
