UFC 129 Live Streaming: How To Watch the UFC 129 Prelim Fights on Facebook
In a huge step for fight accessibility, the UFC has decided to air every preliminary fight for tonight’s UFC 129 pay-per-view on either Facebook or Spike TV.
While we have seen the UFC move forward with their Facebook streaming of fights in the past, UFC 129 marks the first time that fans have the opportunity to get the full experience of the entire card.
The fights, which begin at 6pm EDT/3pm PDT, will be streamed live from the UFC’s official Facebook fan page.
To watch the preliminary fights, you can follow these simple directions:
1. If you are not a member of Facebook, head over to Facebook.com and fill out the form to create a new account.
2. Once you’re a member, log in and head on over to the UFC Facebook.
3. Next, click the “Like” button near the top of the screen.
4. Now on the left side of the screen, click the “Live Video” button.
5. Click “Play” on the image you see to go to the video page.
6. From here, you should be able to click the Play button in the middle to test the video player.
7. Check back at 6pm EDT/3pm PDT when the fights will begin!
The fights which will air on tonight’s preliminary card on Facebook include:
Featherweight bout: Yves Jabouin vs. Pablo Garza
Welterweight bout: John Makdessi vs. Kyle Watson
Middleweight bout: Jason MacDonald vs. Ryan Jensen
Bantamrweight bout: Ivan Menjivar vs. Charlie Valencia
Welterweight bout: Claude Patrick vs. Daniel Roberts
Following the fights on Facebook, there will be two additional preliminary fights which air on Spike TV:
Welterweight bout: Sean Pierson vs. Jake Ellenberger
Welterweight bout: Nate Diaz vs. Rory MacDonald
Once the preliminary fights are complete, it’s time for the UFC 129 pay-per-view event to kick off! For your convenience, there are also numerous ways that you can stream the UFC 129 pay-per-view live from your computer.
