Week 7 NFL picks. 53-35 this season and raising the bar!
Solid picks this weekend will insure continued success in the handicapping of the NFL games this weekend.
I am at 53-35 and see a better week than last week coming. Watch better teams coming off a bad start to pick it up this week.
Lets start with Dallas. Brad Johnson has always been a pure passer and he will lead the Cowboys this week as Tony Romo has a broken pinkie and will be out 4 weeks or so.
Look for the Dallas receiving corps to have a big day regardless of who s throwing the ball. The running game should be good also and Dallas wins easily! T.O should have a two-touchdown day this week.
The Giants are at home vs. the 49ers. Too much talent for San Francisco to deal with, Take the Giants at home.
Chicago should be irritated at themselves for blowing that game last week in Atlanta. Look for the Bears to have a good outing at home against Minnesota.
New Orleans looks very solid and I will take them on the road in Carolina. Carolina looked miserable last week and I don t think home field will help them much this week. I like New Orleans by a touchdown.
I do love the Dolphins newfound enthusiasm and expect them to bounce back at home against Baltimore.
Tennessee after a bye week should come out rested and travel to Kansas City and win! Kansas City will be rested also and this used to be a tough place to play but not this week. Tennessee will not go undefeated but this is not the week to pick against them.
Pittsburgh should be able to beat the Bengals in Cincinnati, but beware! Cincinnati is due to pick up a win and you can t overlook anyone. Remember the Rams last week! Play smart Steelers. I will take Pittsburgh.
San Diego is a good team and will win 2 in a row this week. Sorry Buffalo, but I’m not buying into your early success, especially after the effort against the Cardinals. San Diego by a touchdown easy!
Houston will win at home again against the Lions. Lock pick of the week! No way Detroit figures out how to win this week!
The Jets travel to Oakland on the weaker part of their agenda this season and will beat the leader-less Raiders. We know who leads the Jets at least!
Here’s the game of the week! Indianapolis travels to Green Bay and I have to take Peyton Manning and the Colts. I am still not quite sold on the Packers being in the upper echelon of the league and think they will drop another one at home! This could be a close game however.
Washington will be back on track this week and have no trouble with Cleveland. 6-point winners! Don t take this team lightly after they creamed your divison rival Giants on Monday Night.
Tampa Bay will also be good at home to snuff out Seattle. We all know how Seattle plays east coast trips and there will be no exception here! They have to go to the east coast and the south! Double whammy!
Interesting game on Monday Night Football as New England play-off life is up for grabs. Denver should play better than last week however and that spells curtains for the Patriots this season. I think New England has to score 30-35 points to have a chance and that s not going to happen.
Good luck to all your teams and success in all your office pools. I hope i am helping out; At least i am free of charge.
A side note: never call betting advice phone services! These people will pretend to know things and profess to have automatic winners for you at a price. None of these company's are in Las Vegas and they don t know any more than you or I. In fact splitting of customers is very possible. That is when they get phone calls from people asking whom they should bet on. The unscrupulous people then put half of the people on one team and half the people on another team, and then call the winners stating I told you I had the winner. Then they will get you to send them money for the next supposed big winner. They will split those customers again, so they are always calling people who were lucky enough to be on the right side of the game. Eventually they lose for everyone and start over , not before huge profit from gamblers looking for a supposed edge. Beware betting services, All scams!!!!! Thomas Moreland a.k.a NFL Mike
