WWE Draft 2011: Which Superstar Will Benefit the Most from Their Move?

The Doctor Chris MuellerApr 27, 2011

After the WWE ran their supplemental draft yesterday afternoon, close to a dozen more superstars found themselves with a new brand.

Some guys who were drafted seem to be just mid card talents shuffled around for the sake of change, but some people may benefit greatly from the move.

The person I feel will have the greatest success on his new show will be Randy Orton.  I am not saying this because he is already a huge star, I am saying this because he was in desperate need of a new feud.

Orton has fought them all on Raw over and over again, and now it's time for him to try his talents elsewhere.  On Smackdown, there are many new feuds he could get into as well as a couple old ones to renew.

One thing I expect to see if Orton stays on Smackdown for more than six months is a match with The Undertaker.  The two have already faced off at WrestleMania, but the Viper is older, wiser and more dangerous than he was when he last fought the dead man.

Having a couple high-profile matches with The Undertaker could help Orton's legacy greatly.  While billed as indestructible, the Undertaker is not immune to losing.

He had only ever beaten Shawn Michaels at their WrestleMania matches, every other encounter they had in the past saw the Heartbreak Kid take the win.

Orton could also find himself in a feud he has yet to have with Christian.  These two have one thing in common and that is they both held tag team gold with Edge. With both men being babyfaces, it might lead to one of them turning heel, and it may not.

Christian has always been better as a good guy in my opinion because he was never big enough to play the bad guy.  Why do you think Mysterio has never been a heel for very long? It's not believable.

Christian is a solid worker who may end up winning the World Title at Extreme Rules, especially considering Alberto Del Rio was just moved to Raw and WWE would probably want to keep the titles on their respective shows.

One thing is for sure, Orton will find some new opponents to punt in the head over on the blue brand.  So who do you think will have the greatest career boost after being drafted?
