Who is this year’s Tom Brady?  How can my team get better by finding the gem of the draft?  Why do some teams consistently get the draft steals, year after year? 

Finding and selecting the right prospect is as much about experience, as it is about knowing what football skills to value.  Is that player all inflated stats, is he the product of a good college system or can he just flat out play but hasn’t enjoyed the high-pick spotlight? 

Bleacher Report has teamed up with veteran scout Dave Razzano to review this year’s talent pool.  

Dave Razzano is a highly respected NFL scout, Bleacher Report NFL analyst and Playmaker Mobile correspondent with more than 22 years of professional scouting experience with the San Francisco 49ers, St. Louis Rams and Arizona Cardinals under coaches including Bill Walsh, George Seifert, Chuck Knox and Dick Vermeil. 

He’s been part of five Super Bowls with three wins (49ers, 1989 & 1990; Rams, 2000) and consistently delivers independent unfiltered opinions on college and pro football talent.
