Week 6 NFL Predictions
I have very little to say. The picture says it all. This whole Texans season might as well be a mulligan.
Oakland at New Orleans
Line: Saints by 7

1 Word To Describe Hornets' Offseason 🗣️
It's going to be funny to watch Javon Walker go to the Patriots at a discount price in a couple years. The Raiders will go into full blown tank mode starting this week. Saints 38, Raiders 10
Baltimore at Indianapolis
Line: Colts by 3.5
Indy is very lucky not to be 0-4 and I don't see how a banged up team with a lousy defense can compete for four quarters with a very good Baltimore squad that's a couple plays away from 4-0. Ravens 24, Colts 20
Cincinnati at New York Jets
Line: Bengals by 9.5
At least I know in advance that Fitzpatrick's starting. Easy win for the Jets. Jets 48, Bengals 13
Carolina at Tampa Bay
Line: Buccaneers by 1.5
Carolina's defense has not allowed an offensive touchdown since Week 3. They're gradually improving in the running game and Delhomme is playing with a ton of confidence with his shoulder finally healed. The Cardiac Cats will prowl their way through Tampa and into 1st place on their way to a division title. Panthers 21, Buccaneers 20
Detroit at Minnesota
Line: Vikings by 13.5
One team has quit on the season, the other is fighting their way back into the playoff race. Gus Frerotte once again proves that he's better as an emergency backup than a starter. Vikings 30, Lions 10
Chicago at Atlanta
Line: Bears by 3
The Falcons won't be moving the ball against a real defense like Chicago. The Bears are a couple blown leads from 4-0 and they've won by dominating at the line of scrimmage. Bears 17, Falcons 12
Miami at Houston
Line: Texans by 3
Sparano fever baby! Catch it while you can! They probably won't even use the wildcat, the Texans have enough trouble stopping a conventional rushing attack. Dolphins 23, Texans 17
St. Louis at Washington
Line: Redskins by 13.5
If the Redskins are the dominant team I think they are, they'll have no trouble blowing out the hapless Rams. Redskins 31, Rams 10
Jacksonville at Denver
Line: Broncos by 3.5
Denver is suspect against the run, so maybe the Jags can go back to 2007 mode and play a solid, ball-control game in the Mile High City. Jaguars 24, Broncos 17
Philadelphia at San Francisco
Line: Eagles by 4.5
Mike Martz's liberal passing is no match for Jim Johnson and his crazy blitz schemes. Eagles 28, 49ers 17
Dallas at Arizona
Line: Cowboys by 4.5
Wacky things can happen in the desert and if Warner can get time in the pocket, Zona will put up some points on Dallas and force them into a shootout. Cardinals 38, Cowboys 35
Green Bay at Seattle
Line: Seahawks by 1.5
Two of the NFL's most disappointing teams meet. Seattle's offense is the resistable force, GB's D is the movable object. Or maybe it's vice versa. Who knows, who cares. Packers 7, Seahawks 6
New England at San Diego
Line: Chargers by 5
The Chargers are such a jekyll and hyde team, ntm Norv vs Belicheck is a huge mismatch. Norv is capable of squandering talent, Belicheck gets the most out of his. Patriots 19, Chargers 14
New York Giants at Cleveland
Line: Giants by 8
Even with Plax out, that offense doesn't miss a beat. Now that he's back, it's business as usual. Giants 30, Browns 10
