WWE Extreme Rules: 5 Ways R-Truth Could Get Involved in the Main Event
After his loss to John Morrison on RAW, R-Truth was taken off the Triple Threat Steel Cage Match for the WWE Championship. He also turned on JoMo after the match, which leads me to believe he will get involved in it in some capacity.
Here are five possible scenarios in which Truth could have a say in who the champion is at the end of the night.
Special Guest Referee
1 of 5
Though not very likely, R-Truth could be named the special guest referee for the match, this would put him inside the cage and he could not only have a say in who the champion is after the match, but he would determine it.
After Match Attack
2 of 5
Another possibility, more likely than the previous one, is that he waits after the match is over and attacks either JoMo, the champion or anybody he encounters in the ring.
Substitute Participant
3 of 5
Even more likely than waiting is that he attacks one of the contestants before they enter the ring, either while they are going down the ramp or backstage and then enters the match instead of the guy he attacked.
Match Interference
4 of 5
One of the most likely scenarios is that he interferes in the match, possibly neglecting Morrison his chance to become a champion, either by entering the cage or by stopping his feet from touching the floor before someone else's.
Fatal 4 Way
5 of 5
This seems like the most realistic possibility, inserting him in the match and making it a Fatal 4 Way instead of a Triple Threat Match.
This option would also bring some balance to the match with two faces and two heels in it
