Fedor vs. Hendo in Strikeforce: Dana White Knows the Secret to Making This Fight

UFC President Dana White thinks he knows the secret to making the much talked about Fedor Emelianenko vs. Dan Henderson fight happen, let others handle the negotiations.

"I've been out of it." White told MMAJunkie.com.  "Me involved in that situation would only make matters worse."

"Lorenzo's working on it. Me getting anywhere near that thing? You'll never see that fight."

That attitude clearly shows the MMA fan that White and Lorenzo Fertitta are true fans of the sport and they will use whatever approach necessary to bring the fans the fights that are in demand.

The fight does seem to have hit a bit of a stalemate in negotiations.

There are many questions that surround the potential fight. Will it be on Pay Per View or Showtime? What weight will the fighters meet at? Will that decision determine if it's a title fight? These are all issues and details that need to be agreed upon to seal the deal. 

It is a good sign for fight fans that the UFC is working hard to make this fight a reality, and probably an even better sign that White's attitude is not based in his past dealings with Fedor's management group.

"We don't have to be friends for you to fight in the UFC, and we don't have to get along. It's business."

Here's hoping this business gets done.
