WWE Draft 2011 Predictions: What Will Happen with Sin Cara?

Joe M.Apr 23, 2011

Sin Cara made his WWE debut less than three weeks ago on Monday Night Raw, and his future on Monday nights is already in jeopardy.

He is on track to rise to the top relatively fast in WWE, receiving rave reviews from fans everywhere (including the always-harsh IWC) after he showed off his captivating high-risk moves.

He's been thrust into the main event scene, teaming with John Cena to take on WWE champion The Miz and Alex Riley this past Monday, it looks as though WWE has quite a bit in store for the new Mexican Superstar.

But with SmackDown left hanging after Edge's retirement, is it time for Sin Cara to make the switch to Friday nights?

While he's certainly made an impression on Raw, WWE hasn't invested all that much in Cara and as a face who is already very over with the crowd, he could pump new life into SmackDown, at a time when the roster really needs it.

So where will Sin Cara be next week?  Will he stay on Raw spicing up the main-event scene or will he move to SmackDown, opening the door for feuds with other high-flyers such as Rey Mysterio and Kofi Kingston?

Never say never with the WWE, and predicting things can be difficult, especially because WWE Creative themselves don't finalize plans until Monday night which means they may not even know what they are doing yet.

I am going to say Sin Cara is staying on Monday nights, for one simple reason.  He debuted only three weeks ago, if WWE wanted him on SmackDown, they would have added him to the SmackDown roster.

He was officially added to the Raw roster only three weeks ago, it's just too soon for a switch.

As always, leave a comment below with your 2011 WWE Draft predictions and where you think Sin Cara will end up.
