For NHL fans, the playoffs are at the forefront of the mind. Let's digress for a moment and reminisce about the greatest goals from the 2011-11 regular season.

There were some very memorable goals this past year.

From memorable penalty shots and shootout goals, to scoring with another player's stick, this season had it all.

Here are the Top 15 goals of this past season.

15. David Perron Deke Against Chicago Blackhawks

David Perron works his way around a crowd to score this one against the Chicago Blackhawks.

He comes in and scores with a deke.

14. Derek Roy Goal Against Ottawa Senators

Derek Roy holds onto the puck past one Senator, then past the goaltender before putting the puck in behind him.

Awesome!

13. Ryan Kesler Scores from His Knees Against the Anaheim Ducks

Ryan Kesler is trying to so hard to score a goal against the Anaheim Ducks. He keeps plugging away at it, even falling to his knees.

Yet, he keeps plugging away and is finally rewarded with a goal, while still on his knees.

12. Marty St. Louis Goal Against Carolina Hurricanes

Vincent Lecavalier is closing in on Carolina's goaltender, but at the last minute, he leaves the puck behind him for Marty St. Louis.

11. Alexander Semin Goal Against the Atlanta Thrashers

Alex Ovechkin passes to Alexander Semin, who completes it in front of the net.

10. Linus Omark Shootout Goal Against Tampa Bay

Linus Omark took some criticism for this shootout goal against Dan Ellis of the Tampa Bay Lightning as "disrespectful."

Omark does a spin move to confuse Ellis before skating up and scoring against him.

Jordan Eberle avoids a sliding Calgary Flames' player to score before falling himself.

Amazing.

8. Sidney Crosby Breakaway Goal Against the Atlanta Thrashers

Sidney Crosby is behind the Atlanta Thrashers’ defense, and is all alone when the puck is cleared from the Penguins' zone to him.

Crosby makes this breakaway goal look easy.

7. Jason Arnott No-Look Goal vs. the Washington Capitals

Jason Arnott is out in front of Braden Holtby of the Washington Capitals.

Arnott puts the puck in the net against his future team without even looking.

6. Alex Ovechkin Shoots and Scores Between Brad Stuart's Legs

Until Ovechkin determines that he can just go through Stuart.

5. Alexander Burmistrov Goal Against Washington

First, Alexander Burmistrov manages to maintain possession of the puck against Jeff Schultz of the Washington Capitals.

Then, he fakes like he's going around the net and scores this goal.

Sweet.

4. Pavel Datsyuk Goal Against the St. Louis Blues

It's easy to see why Pavel Datsyuk won the Kharlamov this year as the best Russian player: He's unstoppable.

He maintains possession of the puck, going through two Blues. Then, he goes past another to finally put the puck past the goaltender into the net.

Truly incredible.

3. Bobby Ryan Scores with Mikko Koivu's Stick

Mikko Koivu of the Minnesota Wild loses his stick. Rather than wait until he can get another from the bench, he takes Bobby Ryan's stick.

No matter for Ryan.

Ryan picks up Koivu's stick and scores with it seconds later.

2. Justin Williams Spin-O-Rama Versus Mike Smith

Justin Williams of the Los Angeles Kings handles a pass from teammate Ryan Smith.

Then he performs a spin move to hold onto it and get it past Mike Smith of the Tampa Bay Lightning.

1. Steven Stamkos Spin-O-Rama vs. Carey Price

On December 30, Tampa Bay's Steven Stamkos was awarded a penalty shot against Carey Price and the Montreal Canadiens.

Instead of the ordinary moves, Stamkos elected to go a different route in the hopes of surprising and confusing Price long enough for the puck to go in.

He succeeded.

He also sent snow into Price's face. Priceless.
