ESPN's Friday Night Fights is at the Pechanga Casino in Temecula, California tonight, Friday, April 15th.

In the main event, we have the very exciting Ruslan Provodnikov 18(12)-1 coming off of his first upset career loss to face undefeated Ivan Popoca 15(10)-0-1.

This should be a good fight for both of these fighters, who come to fight with fan-pleasing fighting styles and go for the knock out, as they both have good power.

Provodnikov is an aggressive, all-action Russian fighter who credits his hard life growing up in Russia with its extremely cold weather conditions in making him a tough fighter.

He is rather one-dimensional and pretty much only fights one way, and that is coming straight forward towards his opponents throwing punches non-stop.

On the co-main event is Marvin Quintero 21(17)-3 taking on last-minute replacement opponent Juan Santiago 13(8)-6-1. Quintero was initially slated to fight Korean fighter Ji-Hoon Kim, who has fought a few times on ESPN's Friday Night Fights and is known for his exciting, all-action, come-forward style as well.

Ji-Hoon Kim, however, had to pull out just days before tonight's fight due to a detached retina.

Kim is one of those very rare fighters who I feel is so exciting that I often find myself laughing out loud, literally. He gets beaten up round after round, sometimes for the whole entire fight, and then he catches his opponent with one big shot and the fight is over.

If you have not seen Kim fight, definitely YouTube his fights, and let's hope he returns to the ring soon, for we all could use a good laugh in these hard economic times.

Also in house tonight is the legendary five-time world heavyweight champion of the world, Evander Holyfield. It appears he will be talking with Teddy Atlas on tonight's program.

So I'll be ringside for tonight's ESPN's Friday Night Fights, so follow me on Twitter: KINGJ323.

I'll be posting live photos and updates via Twitter. Also, if you have any questions for Teddy Atlas or Holyfield, etc., hit me up on Twitter.
