Tampa Bay Buccanners vs. Chicago Bears in London? Bah-Humbug!
Goodness, the 2011 NFL schedules haven't been delivered to us yet, and here comes this ugly bag of burning dog poop on the front steps of Tampa Bay Buccaneer season ticket suckers, er, holders.
ESPNChicago.com is telling us this, so is ESPN radio 1000 there in the windy city, along with the great Adam Schefter. Word is your Tampa Bay Buccaneers could play the Chicago Bears over in jolly old England this coming season.
That would scratch one real tough, one really attractive home game from the wonderful confines of Raymond James Stadium.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Isn't that a kick in the crotch of those who have responded to the team's cry for support? It's a punch in the gut after the Glazer's pleaded to pad their pockets with your money; the plea for Buccaneer patriotism; the plea for more butts in the seats there at the Community Investment Tax Stadium.
Please tell us this ain't so!
The NFL tells us that the Buccaneers are just one of a number of team being considered for a game in London at Wembley Stadium this season.
Please, let some other team take that long flight over the Atlantic.
These young fellas in pewter and red deserve to sleep in their own beds the night before a battle with da' Bears.
The fans deserve better.
This would be a popular game, even if there are a lot of Bears fans in the area, this one, most likely, would have "sell out" written all over it.
But if you connect the dots, there are evil forces behind the scenes.
Yes, the brothers Glazer, Eeeny, Meeny and Miney, own that expensive kickball team. Man-Yew and no doubt they wouldn't mind a quick trip across the pond to catch up with all their fans over there. Yeah, what fans? There's no love lost between the boys and the Man-Yew faithful.
So, in this case, just follow the money.
You'd hate to think the Three Musketeers of Money would take a game away from Buccaneer fans.
Yes, that would be the ultimate slap in the face. Buy our season tickets, we love you, oh, and by the way, we're taking the boys out of Tampa to play the Bears in London.
Bah!
Humbug!
