NFL: Tennessee Titans Kenny Britt Arrested After High Speed Chase
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Kenny Britt is used to out running people on the field, but taking that mentality to the streets as a police officer tries to pull you over is not the smartest thing he could of done, and he paid for it.
Britt was charged with three counts including: Obstructing justice, lying to an hindering officer and eluding police, according to Fox Sports.
The wide receiver—who had 774 receiving yards to go along with nine touchdowns in 12 games last season—was clocked going 71 in a 50-mph zone while speeding along in his Porsche sports car.

As the officer tried to pull him over for his speeding infraction, the report states that Britt accelerated and began to weave in-and-out of traffic at a high rate of speed. He exited the freeway and tried to walk away from his car when the officer finally caught up to the receiver and his passenger as they tried to flee the scene.
This was the Titans receivers third brush with the law in the past year. Britt was included in a fight outside of a Nashville bar at the beginning of the 2010 season, but no charges were filed. Britt was then taking into custody by police in January for having three outstanding traffic warrants. He was later released on bail and no additional charges were filed against him
