WWE Superstar of the Week: Apr 3rd-9th. (The Undertaker)

Hello Bleachers!

After a one week hiatus, I have returned to bring you the Superstar of the Week. With all the talk, articles, and attention on WrestleMania, I decided not to announce a S.O.T.W. last week. With that said, my superstar this week continued his undefeated streak at WrestleMania. No, I am not talking about The Miz, I am talking about The Undertaker.

The Undertaker gets the S.O.T.W. because his match against Triple H not only extended his winning streak to 19-0, but also saved WrestleMania from being a total disappointment. While the match was not legendary, it was a good bout between two veterans. The No Holds Barred stipulation helped Undertaker come off as powerful and healthy, and required him to do a limited amount of actual wrestling. There was no way that Undertaker could perform another wrestling match of the two Shawn Michaels matches.

With the victory, The Undertaker's streak reached 19-0. That number is truly amazing, not for the fact that he is 19-0, but that he has been around for so long and continues to impress the WWE Universe every chance he gets.

Of course a few problems with being around as long as he has been is durability, fatigue and injuries. Undertaker has certainly shown injury problems over the last few years and after he won the match (kayfabe or not) Undertaker appeared very tired and worn out. At this point in his career, Undertaker can only perform one great match at WrestleMania, take seven months off and prepare for another WrestleMania match. His next match at WrestleMania will most likely be his last.

For gaining a victory over Triple H, winning at WrestleMania, extending his undefeated streak, and saving WrestleMania from utter failure, The Undertaker is my Superstar of the Week.
