Masters Day #1: The Colours of Spring
Ah yes, the Big Dance is over so that's gotta mean it's time for the Masters, a sure sign of the arrival of spring and the promise of a new beginning for all of God's creatures, even golfers !!!
Each and every year, that very special place in Augusta, Ga. invites the best of golf to America's outdoor cathedral to enjoy the offerings of spring and a challenge unlike any other.
... and here are players who know how to dress in the resplendent colours of the season:
Justin Rose

Red ... Red ... Red
What else would Justin Rose wear ???
Jhonattan Vegas
2 of 8
Lavender is one of the newest "power colours" this year and Mr. Vegas wears it well ...
Jose Maria Olazabal
3 of 8
Jose Maria has not only found a wonderful Cantaloupe Orange shirt, but a hat to match
Ricky Fowler
4 of 8
Ricky Fowler always gets points for being in a totally matched ensemble.
Green, Green and more Green today ...
What will tomorrow bring ???
I just wish someone would teach him how to wear a hat properly.
Phil Mickelson

It ain't Lavender, it ain't Violet, it's Purple and it looks great, Phil, especially surrounded by Augusta's glorious Rhododendrons.
Too bad you got to see them up close and personal !!!
Good luck, Mate.
Louis Oosthuizen

A sure sign of spring is the Golden Yellow of the sun, and it always, always, always looks good ... maybe without the black, Lou.
Greg Harvet
7 of 8
No REAL man ought to ever be threatened by the colour Pink, and Greg here proves it has no deliterious affect on his sand game.
Paddy Harrington

While I honestly do not think this colour (Sea Form Green) occurs naturally in the Spring, his shirt colour was as cool as it looked, so he just had to be included.
