The NFL's Loveliest Lids: The Most Stylish Hats Ever Made For Every Team
The MLB is known for its stylish caps as the only league where the players wear such headgear during play.
It would be interesting to see NFL players wearing hats on the field instead of helmets, but that transition definitely wouldn't cut down on concussions.
All hats are now commonly known as "baseball hats" no matter what sport or symbol they represent.
However, there are some pretty impressive NFL hats on the market as well. Since helmets are obviously required, players can only don hats on the sideline.
As a result, many of you haven't been exposed to the awesomeness of every NFL team's loveliest lid. Here are the best I've ever seen, but of course, you are entitled to your own opinion.
Minnesota Vikings

A traditional two-horned Viking helmet is cooler than a baseball cap, but this hat proudly promotes purple with power. The color combo is simply stylish.
It may be basic but this lid is so much more pleasing to the eye than a Vikings helmet.
Pittsburgh Steelers

Something about the way the logo blends nicely into a stripe along the hat makes it quite a smooth lid.
However, a more basic, yet the Steelers newer cap is stylish as well. The Steelers' logo manages to make the all-yellow cap actually look good.
Detroit Lions
3 of 32
You can't argue with the even newer, more elegant logo on this recent Lions' lid.
The retro cap is pretty solid as well.
Green Bay Packers
5 of 32
There's no doubt that the cheesehead is the most popular and respected piece of headgear worn by Packer backers, but this retro cap is respectable as well.
What's more awesome than a hat with a historic logo representing one of the most historic teams in the league?
The variations are equally stylish, and Lil' Wayne can make any Green Bay hat look cool. It's hard to choose just one.
Baltimore Ravens
6 of 32
Normally, I'm not a huge fan of all black hats, but the Ravens' logo with the glaring red eye changed my mind on this one.
Cincinatti Bengals
7 of 32
Original, orange and awesome.
Unlike any regular Bengals cap, this one stands above the others on the stylish scale.
Miami Dolphins
9 of 32
Miami may have one of the most unique color schemes in the NFL, along with Green Bay.
In this case, unique is a great thing. The orange blends nicely with the aqua, creating a very cool cap.
New York Jets
10 of 32
It's a little old-fashioned, but fashionable nonetheless.
This New York hat could compete with the popular Yankees hat that everyone seems to be wearing nowadays.
Nah, who am I kidding? It's not that legendary.
New England Patriots
11 of 32
The Pats Patriots retro hats are a bit goofy, so we'll stick with something simple and with a logo on this side of the millennium.
The good old red, white and blue.
Buffalo Bills
12 of 32
Another patriotic cap created as a tribute to the Bills' 50th season.
There are variations on the placement of the three colors, but this is the smoothest version.
Indianapolis Colts
13 of 32
Basic, but beautiful.
This Colts cap has a crisp and clean feel, although it wouldn't hide dirt.
Jacksonville Jaguars
14 of 32
I think it could do without the lettering, but the patterns and colors are what make this hat special.
The Jaguars' logo is one of the fiercest in the league, and this hat's designs doesn't let it down.
Houston Texans
15 of 32
I'll be honest. There's nothing that stylish about this hat, but give the Texans a break.
They haven't been around long enough to come out with an amazing cap, let alone to have a retro logo.
Tennessee Titans
16 of 32
For those fans who miss the Oilers, this hat is for you.
That is, if you can handle the baby blue.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
17 of 32
It's time the Buccaneers bring back their old logo and colors.
This hat has it all.
Atlanta Falcons
18 of 32
I may be a bit biased towards retro hats, but there's something stylish about bringing back old logos.
The tweaking of the Falcons' logo didn't hurt, but this retro red and black hat is slick.
New Orleans Saints
20 of 32
I'd want to be wearing this stylish hat when the Saints come marching in.
Who dat? This hat.
San Francisco 49ers
22 of 32
This hat's as golden as 1849 gold rush from which San Francisco's team got its name.
A less boring logo would make a more exciting cap.
Arizona Cardinals
23 of 32
I didn't want to include too many NFL sideline hats, but the Cardinals' edition is hotter than Derek Anderson's media meltdown.
St. Louis Rams
24 of 32
This cap combines a fierce-faced, golden ram logo and a faded background with class.
The Rams are on the rise, and this hat is already high on the stylish scale.
Kansas City Chiefs
25 of 32
Forget the arrowhead logo.
The overlapping K and C are enough to conjure up a cool cap.
San Diego Chargers
26 of 32
Simple, but striking.
The lightning bolt logo electrifies this ordinary blue and yellow hat.
Dallas Cowboys
29 of 32
Personally, I'm a fan of Dallas' blue and white uniforms, and this hat is cool, as well.
I'm sure Jerry Jones has one that he wears backwards when no one is watching.
Washington Redskins
30 of 32
You either like yellow hats or hate them.
If you don't mind the all the solid yellow in this Redskins' lid, it's the most stylish one you can find.
Philadelphia Eagles
31 of 32
This shade of green and black combine to make a very cool looking cap.
The large retro Eagles logo solidifies its top style status.
New York Giants
32 of 32
With big and bold lettering, this black and white hat really stands out.
It's similar to the legendary Yankees cap, but the Giants will never be the Big Apple's favorite sports franchise.
