WWE Wrestlemania: Power Ranking the Ladies of WrestleMania 27

As a casual fan, the lovely ladies and crazy story lines are what keep me interested.

While many fans are anxiously anticipating the epic return of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Stone Cold Steve Austin to WrestleMania, others just want the sexy divas.

Starting at 7 p.m. eastern time on PPV tonight, WrestleMania 27 returns featuring some old faces and some new.

Jersey Shore fans will be pumping their fists in celebration of Snooki making an appearance, which will surely bring plenty of entertainment.

Snooki will be part of a mixed tag-team match consisting of Trish Stratus and John Morrison on her team against LayCool and Dolph Ziggler, managed by Vickie Guerrero.

Here is a list of the women participating in this year's event, as well as the other scheduled matches to take place and how we believe they can be improved.

5. Vickie Guerrero

Known more as a manager than a fighter of WWE, Guerrero is set to manage the team consisting of Dolph Ziggler and Lay-Cool.

She managed Chavo Guerrero, Edge, Big Show, Eric Escobar, Lay-Cool, Kaitlyn and Dolph Ziggler, as well as her late husband Eddie Guerrero.

4. Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi

While it may seem like a joke to some, Snooki is apparently more than ready to tackle WrestleMania 27.

The Jersey Shore star will have to do more than some subtle fist pumping.

She will be fighting with Trish Stratus and John Morrison.

While many doubt her, Snooki claims she can fight.

"The real, true WWE fans are like, 'What is this girl doing here?' I can really fight... I was a gymnast for eight years, a cheerleader since middle school. That's pretty much the skills you need to do wrestling. You just need to go all out and trust yourself."

Translation: "Snooki Want Smoosh Smoosh!"

3. Layla El

The English dancer, model and professional wrestler is the first part of Lay-Cool, the villainous tag team that includes Layla and her counterpart Michelle.

They will be teamed with Dolph Ziggler against Trish Stratus, Snooki and John Morrison.

Should be epic.

Of Moroccan decent, Layla was born and raised in England.

She has managed the likes of The Miz, Jamie Noble, William Regal and her counterpart, Michelle McCool.

2. Michelle McCool

The former middle school teacher is the other half of Lay-Cool, joining Layla El to form a fearless unit.

Michelle has been hospitalized twice, had two broken ribs, a broken sternum and a broken xiphoid process. 

She played softball in high school and at Pasco-Hernando Community College and taught seventh-grade science for four years.

1. Trish Stratus as a Brunette

Perhaps sexier as a brunette, the Canadian wrestler has been a WWE Hardcore Champion, three-time "WWE Babe of the Year" and was named "Diva of the Decade."

She will be fighting in Wrestlemania 27 with John Morrison and Snooki against Dolph Ziggler, Layla and Michelle McCool.

Or was she sexier as a blonde?

At 5'4" and 125 pounds, other women are wary of the vicious fighter.

Not just a professional wrestler, however, Trish has done charity work and been on a plethora of magazine covers.

WWE champion The Miz vs. John Cena

World heavyweight champion Edge vs. Alberto Del Rio

The Undertaker vs. Triple H in a no-holds-barred match

Michael Cole vs. Jerry Lawler (special referee “Stone Cold” Steve Austin)

Randy Orton vs. CM Punk

Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes

John Morrison, Trish Stratus and Snooki vs. Dolph Ziggler and LayCool

The Corre vs. The Big Show, Kane, Santino Marella and Kofi Kingston

U.S. champion Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan

The Undertaker Vs. Triple H

While Triple H may be talented, he has never had a great WrestleMania match and no significant matches in recent years.

I'll watch the fight, but I saved you from having to see a pic either of those warriors for now.

Here's the sexy Eve, the women's champion.

Randy Orton Vs. CM Punk

As the media continues to build this match up, Punk is looking to become a legitimate top guy.

That being said, with the original Diva, Sunny, being inducted into the Hall of Fame, why not include her in this bruising match of egos?

Jerry Lawler vs Michael Cole

With Lawler obviously winning this one, fans need something else to get riled up about.

How about some twin action?

The Bella Twins more than qualify.

Kane, Big Show, Santino Marella, and Vladimir Kozlov (with Tamina) vs. The Corre

With team Kane dominating lately, it is safe to say that The Corre will come away victorious in this match.

Kelly Kelly has two names and could take down both teams.

That would really get the crowd going.

Snooki, Trish Stratus and John Morrison Vs. Dolph Ziggler and Lay-Cool

While Lay-Cool is always laid back and cool, look for Trish Stratus and Jersey Shore star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi to take this one.

This is Stratus's return to WrestleMania and Snooki's first appearance, so look for revenge on Vickie Guerrero as well.

Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes

With Mysterio having dressed up as The Flash, Daredevil and an Avatar in the past, the only certainty of this match is that he will be wearing an outfit that is inspired by a superhero in a recent movie.

Other than that, the match could go to either side.

Why not add Maryse for a little extra excitement?

Snooki and Trish Play Dirty

The question still arises whether Snooki is going to fight dirty.

With many people mad that she is even making an appearance, she has a lot to prove.

However, some of those Jersey Shore chicks have to be tougher than Lay-Cool.
