Week five is here and a whole new wave of injured players arrives with it, most notably receiving TDs NFL leader (five) Anquan Boldin.  Below is the Week Five Injury Report.  Key defensive players are included.

Out players are 100 percent to miss their scheduled game.

Doubtful players are 75 percent to miss their scheduled game and likely to be declared inactive prior to the game.

Questionable players are 50 percent to miss their scheduled game, some of them are game-time decisions.

Probable players are 25 percent to miss their scheduled game, but in reality, most of them are game-time decision and almost sure to play.
