Dez Bryant: Dallas Cowboys WR Sued for $246,000 in Unpaid Jewelry
Dez Bryant learned many new things in his rookie year, but it seems like the one thing he didn’t learn was how to stay out of the negative spotlight.
According the profootballtalk.com, Bryant has been sued by a jeweler who claims that he owes $246,000.
The lawsuit states that Bryant has received $267,000 worth of jewelry, yet has only paid $21,000.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
This suit comes just days after Bryant was allowed to shop at the North Park Center Mall in Dallas after being kicked out due to an altercation.
The lawsuit, combined with the mall incident, paints a bad picture for Bryant. Someone who’s trying to make a name for himself on the field is unfortunately doing the same off the field—but for the wrong reasons.
The list of negative headlines Bryant has gotten after just one year of playing doesn’t sit well with many Dallas fans. Starting from when he lied to the NCAA and the fiasco that transpired during his combine interview, leading all the way up to today makes Bryant look more like a thug than anything else.
This is the same player who tweeted to the world a picture of his diamond necklace with his No. 88, stating: “I had to show the world my 88 necklace.”
According to Deion Sanders, Bryant needs help. And according to his actions in his short career, I’d agree. The Cowboys need to reel him in to stop the bleeding and negative attention.
As it stands, the media is already hungry for non-lockout headlines. Please Dez Bryant, don’t feed them anymore than you already have.
