In anย articleย from The Dallas Morning News, sources have come forward and said that Terrell Owens wasnโ€™t happy about Tony Romo.ย

"

โ€œTerrell Owensโ€™ frustration with the Dallas Cowboys offense carried over from the field to the locker room Sunday.ย Owens, despite having 18 passes thrown his way in the loss to Washington, had what was deemed a serious conversation about the offense with quarterback Tony Romo after the game, according to multiple sources.โ€ย A serious conversation about the offense with the quarterback?

"

Howย serious?ย Apparently, it wasnโ€™t that serious.ย

"

โ€œThe types of routes and throws are what concerns Owens, the sources said. The receiver, who the sources said was venting to Romo about his frustrations, has not liked how some of the throws were coming from the quarterback as far back as the season opener.ย But Owens said Sunday he is still confident in Romo.โ€

"

Even though it sucks that T.O. is creating controversy, Iโ€™m glad to see that Owens kept his mouth shut until the game was over and after he had a talk with Tony. In Philly or San Fran, he wouldโ€™ve been crowing as soon as the game ended. That leads me to believe that he has matured greatly during his time in Dallas and that heโ€™s not going to throw Tony under the bus.

But Owens also revealed something about the Skinsโ€™ secondary and linebackers through the game. They were holding, and they were holding a lot.

"

โ€œThere were some opportunities there, and there were some opportunities there where they were holding and the refs just didnโ€™t call it,โ€ Owens said after the game. โ€œYou canโ€™t blame the refs; we just didnโ€™t make the plays.โ€

"

Now Iโ€™m not going to make excuses. We got beat. We got outcoached and outplayed. I still think weโ€™re a more talented team than the Redskins, but they were the better team. But it is frustrating to ย hear ย we had opportunities taken from us when the Redskins had an unfair advantage. When you combine those missed holding calls with a facemask on Adam Jones, a possible missed field goal that was called good and an obvious false start, you have to wonder about the refs. Iโ€™m not pinning the loss on them at all, but all those calls looked easy (I was screaming at the TV after that field goal). What gives?
