WWE: How the WWE Has Utilized Daniel Bryan and How He Is a Future Star

Since signing with the WWE, one of the most talked about names is Daniel Bryan.  He is the indie darling who everyone wanted to see make it to the big dog WWE.  Bryan made it and debuted as part of the inaugural season of NXT.

During his time on NXT, it was noticeable that Bryan lacked some mic skills, but more than made up for that with his in-ring ability.  His first match against Chris Jericho is still the best match in NXT history in my opinion.

Once Bryan was released for accidentally violating the WWE's PG policy by choking Justin Roberts with his tie, he made his way back to the indie scene and became a crusader for the indie wrestling world.

Eventually WWE called Bryan up and rehired him.  Since being rehired, Bryan hasn't really had many highlights so to speak, but he has been shining in a different way.

Almost every superstar who steps into the ring with Bryan has elevated their game to keep up with the man once dubbed "The World's Greatest Professional Wrestler."

Dolph Ziggler stole the show three events in a row with Bryan, and those matches may have opened WWE's eyes and put Dolph in the World Title picture. 

The same can be said for Sheamus who beat Bryan for the US Title on Monday.  Sheamus has always been a big brawler who did very little to impress me, but I must say that Monday's match may have been his best to date.

Daniel Bryan is no enhancement talent though, he is not destined to be the guy who puts over everyone else.  Daniel Bryan is destined to be a WWE Champion.

His skill is undeniable, and his experience both on the road and in the ring makes him an ideal choice to be at the helm of the WWE. 

Now am I saying Bryan should be given the belt right now?  No.  He needs to work more on his character persona and find his niche.  His ladies man gimmick will only go so far.

My hope is to see Daniel Bryan either win a Royal Rumble match or a Money in the Bank match within the next three years.
