"FREE TATTOOS!" After narrowly escaping Northwestern yesterday, the Buckeyes will play No. 4 seeded Michigan. This game would have been electric regardless of the circumstances, but in light of last year's game and OSU's recent football drama, it should provide some extra fireworks. The Wolverine fans were showing off their creativity during the OSU-NW game yesterday, chanting "Fire Tressel" and "Free Tattoos," while Buckeye fans showed their hatred during the Michigan game as well. It should be a fun environment today.
If the Buckeyes can knock off the Wolverines for the third time this season, they will play the winner of Michigan State and Penn State. Not exactly the matchup anyone expected heading into this tournament thanks to the top seeds. Purdue was absolutely embarrassed by Michigan State, leaving us all to wonder if this Spartan team has finally put the pieces together in March again. Wisconsin shot only 29 percent from the field, putting up 19 less points than Jimmer Fredette in their loss to Penn State. So the Buckeyes will not get a chance to avenge their only two losses this season.

4.48. While everyone was focused on Sullinger and crew taking on the Wildcats yesterday, the WHAC was playing host to OSU's Pro Day. Sixteen departing seniors got a chance to show off their skills to NFL scouts, many for the first time since they were not invited to the NFL combine. Unfortunately, Cameron Heyward wasn't able to participate since he is still recovering from elbow surgery, and his draft stock is rumored to have continued to drop. Of those guys that were able to perform, it was a solid day. According to reports, Rolle, Saine, Hines, Boren and Larimore all performed well. You can read about it here, here, and here. You can also watch a host of Pro Day videos via 11W right here.
The other guy that stood out and grabbed a lot of the attention was Dane Sanzenbacher. No one doubts his hands and route running ability, but the knock on Dane has been that he doesn't have to speed to go with it. Well, yesterday he proved he does, running a 4.5 and 4.48 in the 40. Here is what Tony Gerdeman wrote about Dane after watching him yesterday.
"Dane Sanzenbacher had his Big Ten Network crew following him around gathering more footage for the network's draft buildup show. He's officially a star, but still refuses to act like one. He said he wanted to "touch" 4.4 today, which he did with a 4.48 after running a 4.59 at the combine. He said he was "ready to attack" the day today. Has been looking forward to it. He wasn't nervous because he could only surprise people. (That's something he's done quite a bit.) Mentioned that former Ohio State receivers coach Darrell Hazell texted him prior to the combine to let him know that the NFLers were going to try and make him mad during the interviews and to not let it happen."
Kirk Loves Country. Well, it has rumored for awhile, but Herbstreit confirmed via Twitter that he is indeed moving to Nashville. He tweeted this:
"Movin to Tennessee today. Will miss Columbus, but my family excited to get to Nashville. We'll always be Buckeyes"
Doubt there will be many tears shed in Columbus.
Names and Death Threats. If you missed the interview with Christopher Cicero, you need to check out ESPN's article. You can watch a small section of the interview below.
