UFC: Chad Ochocinco of Cincinnati Bengals Wants a Piece of Anderson Silva?

Chad Ochocinco is at it again on Twitter. Believe it or not, though, he is not the one who got the proverbial ball rolling.

UFC president Dana White, also known for not being shy with his Twitter account, shot a tweet Ocho’s way early this morning.

“If that CBA doesn't get resolved @ochocinco ur gonna have to fight anderson! I'm ready whenever u are. Let's do it!”

“Mad Chad,” never one to turn down a challenge, decided to cut out White as the middleman and send a tweet directly to middleweight champion Anderson Silva.

“@SpiderAnderson just a warning, after the CBA expires tomorrow please be very afraid,I'm free to participate in whatever! #fightme”

Two points of interest here: For those not familiar with Twitter, a hash tag before a phrase means that anyone who searches that phrase will see that tweet come up in their search results.

Secondly, Anderson Silva writes all of his tweets in Portuguese, so if he bothers to respond to the flamboyant receiver, do not be surprised if Ocho takes a while to reply with a comeback. 

Ochocinco certainly was not done there, though. Next, he decided to tweet at Bo Smith, Chad’s personal trainer.

“@BOTHETRAINER bruh I gotta train to fight Anderson Silva, if CBA expires tomorrow it's on,either I'm running routes or preparing to fight”

Well...it’s always good to have a plan B, right?

Finally, in Chael Sonnen-esque fashion, Ochocinco commenced some trash talking before there was any indication that a fight with his preferred opponent would actually happen.

This tweet is directed at Quan Cosby, a friend of Ocho's, as well as a fellow Bengals wide receiver.

“@Cosby12 Quan where you at? I'm getting ready to whoop Anderson Silva a$$” 

So is Chad Ochocinco vs. Anderson Silva in the cards along with a potential "superfight" with Georges St-Pierre?

Okay, obviously, Chad and Dana White are just joking around, but is anyone interested in seeing these two do maybe a five-minute exhibition match at some point?
