What's next for The Miz?

He's been the WWE Champion since November 2010, and he's all set to main-event WrestleMania XXVII in Atlanta in one month. 

The Miz is scheduled to face John Cena for the WWE Championship in what now is being billed as a standard singles match—but if things keep going the way they are, it certainly will not be a standard match.

The Rock is one of the biggest names in wrestling history, comparable only to some of the biggest names of all time. After seven years of focusing solely on his Hollywood acting career, he returned to WWE and was named the guest host of WrestleMania 27.

Since then, he's made two appearances on Raw (one live, and one not), and each time he's talked nonstop about John Cena, and even mentioned The Miz.

Meanwhile, John Cena has been talking (and rapping) about The Rock and The Miz.

And The Miz is talking about John Cena, and also about The Rock.

Anyone who doesn't see the three-way storyline brewing (and now underway) between John Cena, The Rock, and The Miz needs glasses.

WWE is obviously going to get The Rock involved with The Miz's WWE Championship Match at WrestleMania. Maybe he will be the guest referee, guest enforcer, or may even be put in the match, though that is extremely unlikely.

What's on tap for The Miz, is one month of being in the middle of what will be a great month of WWE TV between The Rock and John Cena.

He may seem like a third wheel, but let's not forget he is the WWE Champion.

At WrestleMania, the predictable thing would be for John Cena to defeat The Miz in some amazing feat of strength, but don't be so quick to rule out the possibility of The Miz going over Cena.
