You know I wish WWE would stop having the Bellas in matches. It makes it very difficult to tell who actually won the match when they are part of one. At least the Usos are separable by the tattoo on their chest. Anyway, this is week 9 of the WWE League which saw an interesting seven days (if light on wrestling).

So this week is a Bella sandwich which I guess shows how well the booking team has been doing for the ninth week of 2011. The Corre once again put in a strong showing after defending the Tag Team Championship, but ultimately it is Brie's victory in the Battle Royale and subsequent No. 1 Contendership that allows her to be called best of the the week.

Another week of Edge on top. One has to wonder if we should just declare him the best wrestler in WWE for 2011 now. After all he has won more matches than anyone else and continues to keep his points tally way ahead of the others.
But then again he faces 3rd Place Alberto Del Rio at WrestleMania XXVII. That will be the game changer if any is to occur.
