2011 NFL Free Agency: Should the Denver Broncos Make an Offer to Bob Sanders?
We know he has the ability, but can he stay healthy.
He has the experience, but once again, can he stay healthy.
As for the Denver Broncos, safety Brian Dawkins will be 38 come next season, along with safety Renaldo Hill turning 33.

However, there are young safeties in David Bruton, Kyle McCarthy and Darcel McBath.
Bob Sanders? Well he will only be turning 30 next season, but the million dollar question remains, "Can he stay consistently healthy?"
He's never played a full season, the most being 15 games in 2007 and the second most with 14 in 2005.
In 2006, however, he only played in four regular season games, but made a comeback for the postseason.
That year he helped the Colts' rush D pull a 180 degree turn in the playoffs, which ultimately led to a Super Bowl victory.
Now looking at the Broncos rush D, they are in dire straits and definitely need some help.
In 2010, they allowed over 150 yards rushing per game ranking them 31st in the NFL.
Plus, with the absence of OLB Elvis Dumervil all season, you had to expect an under-performing defense.
Starting free safety Brian Dawkins still proved he could play by totaling 66 tackles (55 solo), two sacks and forcing two fumbles.
Starting strong safety Renaldo Hill kept up the pace with 63 tackles (54 solo).
The question with the Broncos is what new head coach John Fox wants to fix first; The 31st ranked rush D, or the 25th ranked pass D.
In some respects, you can "pick your poison" so-to-speak with trying to improve the Denver D.
But do they want to sign an injury-prone safety (even though he is still relatively young), who does have a Super Bowl ring, or should they start fresh in the draft, whether it be in the trenches or elsewhere.
And as much as Denver fans would like to see it, Dawkins can't play forever.
So Denver fans, should the Broncos make an offer to Sanders? You be the judge.
