WWE's Rising Stars: 4 Superstars Headed For a World Championship This Year
Hello fellow Bleacher Reporters. This article talks about few WWE Superstars that look good at moment and should be heading toward a World Title this year. It depends on how they look in the main event scene, abilites, and how they are treated every week. Just to let you know, all these superstars have never been WWE Champion or World Heavyweight Champion.
1. Alberto Del Rio
1 of 5
That's right. The first on my list is none other than Alberto Del Rio. Alberto is probably the most obvious to become World Heavyweight Champion after winning the Royal Rumble match last month. He has a ticket to the main event of Wrestlemania 27.
Reports say that the there is a possibility Alberto Del Rio will win the big one in Atlanta. I can predict Alberto Del Rio will win the World Title next month at Wrestlemania.
2. John Morrison
2 of 5
John Morrison is going around as a possible winner for tonight's Raw Elimination Chamber match.
Morrison is my favorite WWE superstar and it'll make me happy to see him win the WWE Championship. Morrison looked good going off 2010 and has impressed everyone. So far in the year, he has showed unique style of flying all over the place. There has been the first Raw of the year, Royal Rumble and Raw Rumble.
I don't expect Morrison to win tonight, but we should never count him out. I predict he'll hit glory, though, probably in the summer. John Morrison will be on top of WWE this year.
3. Wade Barrett
3 of 5
It's been a year since Wade Barrett debuted in WWE on Season One of NXT.
Wade has been impressive in the ring, on the mic, showed awesome style of leadership and character. Wade Barrett is an already established star in the WWE. I expected him to win the WWE Title at Survivor Series. I don't think Wade will win the World Heavyweight Title tonight in the Chamber match, but I predict he'll add the gold to his accomplishments before the summer.
4. Drew McIntyre
4 of 5
The Sinister Scotsman, the Chosen One Drew McIntyre is on my list. Even though Drew looks to be doing nothing at the minute, he has a lot of potential and is slowly building up into the main event scene.
Like his fellow Elimination Chamber opponent Wade Barrett, I don't expect him to win the big one tonight. I predict he'll get there in the fall. Remember, by the way, when Drew wins the World Heavyweight Championship, he'll make the Triple Crown Championship.
The End
5 of 5
That's the end for this slide. I really think Dolph Ziggler should be on this list, but he's fired. When he's "rehired" by the WWE, Dolph still wouldn't make it, since his World Heavyweight Championship reign is officially recognized by the WWE.
Well, that's all I have for this presentation.
Leave comments with your opinions.
Have a good day.
