Ben Rogers - Ten of the Best Stadiums in the World
This article is simply my view on some of the most beautiful and breath taking stadiums in the world, that not only shout out beauty, but shout out an atmosphere.
Every Football club in the world has a stadium in which they play their home matches, and every club tries to make that home ground a fortress of invulnerability. From Marseille's Stade Velodrome to Arsenal's Emirates Stadium.
My reasons for picking a stadium are crowd number, tier number and atmosphere.

The Stadiums are ranked 1-10 and will go 1 being the best, 10 being the least favorite out of the list. Remember the list is only my opinion and has no dislike of a particular club affecting my opinion.
Bayern Munich's Allianz Arena, Capacity = 66,000
Seems to be one of a new breed of grounds as it has an odd outer Shell that's why its number 10.
Chelsea's Stamford Bridge, Capacity = 42,055
This is a ground with a lot of passion in it and always seems to have a great atmosphere.
Manchester United's Old Trafford, Capacity = 76,000
It helps the Manchester United fans to be the 12th man and at a capacity of 76,000 it had to be on the list.
Marseille's Stade Velodrome, Capacity = 60,000
It seems to have a quiet grace about it, never mentioned by the English but loved by the French.
Juventus's Stadio Dello Alpi, Capacity = 69,000
Italians do not like the stadium but i think it has an old feel yet new look to it.
Ac and Inter Milan's San Siro, Capacity = 83,000
One of the worlds most loved grounds and is home to two clubs, how many English clubs would do that. The atmosphere is electric.
Roma's Stadio Olimpico, Capacity = 70,000
In my opinion the best ground in Italy, it has the massive capacity that helps the fans cheer for Roma.
Arsenal's Emirates Stadium, Capacity = 60,000
The ground that my team the great Arsenal play in, its a wonderful place for me, best ever experience was when Thierry Henry headed a injury time winner against Manchester United.
Real Madrid's Bernabeu Stadium, Capacity = 80,000
So many tiers and so many seats its a truly massive stadium that holds 80,000 Real Madrid supporters, everything about the ground says, "huge".
Barcelona's Camp Nou, Capacity = 120,000
This is the biggest ground in Europe and it has so much atmosphere it is unfair to opponents. It has a great slope that helps build up to the 5th tier, simply amazing.
Well there we go my list is complete.
If you have any questions about my favorite stadiums it would be great if you comment and if you disagree or have a suggestion then please feel free to do so.
