The Bleacher Report World Football Community Awards are back!
The second time around, there was a new concept to the B/R Best Writer Awards, where writers voted for their fellow writers.
Alby Jnr. (Best Writer), Salaar Shamsi (Most Consistent Writer), Shyam Parthasarathi (Most Creative Writer), S B (Most Comical Writer), Alan McGuinness (Best Emerging Writer) and Barney Corkhill (Most Controversial Writer) were our winners in the last edition.

The Award for Most Consistent Writer goes to...

Andrew McNair and Barney Corkhill (6 points each) were tied for second place.

Maire Ofeire and Karen Patel (5 votes each) came a close second.
The Award for Most Controversial Writer goes to...

Simon Williams (3 votes) was the runner up.

The Bleacher Report World Football Community Awards have now been postponed for (October-November) to ensure that the "novelty doesn't wear off" as suggested by Shyam.
There have been various suggestions made to improve the Awards and they will be considered and agreed upon before the next edition by the following panel:
- World Football Community Leaders—Salaar Shamsi and Andrew McNair
- Chelsea Community Leaders—Alan McGuiness and Salomon Gonzales
- Liverpool Community Leader—Barney Corkhill
- Arsenal Community Leader—Shyam Parthasarathi
- World Football Community's Head Editor—Alex Dimond
- MLS Community Leaders—Thomas Leemon and Joe Guarr
