The Super Bowl has wrapped up and we now say goodbye to professional football for the foreseeable future.

It's amazing how quickly news and rumors have kicked off regarding potential moves for next season's NFL.

Without further adieu, let's get started.

Christina Aguilera

The curious choice to sing this year's National Anthem at the Super Bowl, Aguilera botched the words terribly and held almost every note for far too long.

Perhaps she can't get out what she was trying to say because her botox-injected lips won't allow her to anymore, or maybe she's just really fallen that far off of the map.

Either way, it was a disaster. She came out in a long, black dress that I'm guessing tried to provide a classical, conservative look, but frankly, she just looked like a cheap escort.

There were some crazy Internet rumors circulating early today regarding Payton possibly leaving the New Orleans Saints to take over as General Manger of the Dallas Cowboys.

Really? Just because Payton was building a house in the Dallas area? It's really crazy what qualifies as a rumor these days.

Does anyone really think that a man with the massive ego of Jerry Jones would actually give up any sort of power in the organization? As Ochocinco made famous, "child, please!"

Mike Munchak 

After the Titans and longtime head coach Jeff Fisher parted ways recently, the Titans announced today that offensive line coach Mike Munchak would be promoted to head coach.

While the move isn't exactly a sexy choice that will make headline splashes on a national level like a Jon Gruden or Bill Cowher might have, Munchak is a Pro Football Hall of Famer and keeps a sense of continuity in an organization that desperately needs to install some as soon as possible.

It's step one of a long re-building process for the Titans.
