Oakland Raiders: Glass half full, have empty, or drank, and ready for a refill.
Looking at the Raiders, there's several levels of people commenting these days.
You have of course, either fans, or optimists. They see the glass as half full, can see the team as showing signs of hope, and are still counting on the Raiders to make it to 8-8, or better. They see the team, emerging with a running game that scares other teams, and a maturing QB in JaMarcus Russell. And most importantly, it's putting the notions of mistakes in the past, and moving to the future.
Then you have the pessimists. These people, no matter how rosy things are, complain about everything. They complain when the team wins, complain when the team loses, and somehow, they're counted as geniuses when they make absurd guesses, that they get right, oh, 40 percent of the time.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Some in this field, might count Michael Silver, Jason Cole, and other yahoos out there among this bunch.
Then, there's the fanatics. They can't get enough of the team. They will support their team, through hell or high-water, from a season of 2-14, to a season of 15-1, and even a season of 8-8, but will stand by, waiting for the next game, next season, and next draft.
Call it Fanatism, call it blind loyalty.....it's something that gets into the blood, and stays there.
I consider myself a Fanatic, simply because this is my extended family. I've got to see some truly creative souls out there. I've dealt with the Raiders when they couldn't score the go ahead touchdown, put my head down when they signed Aaron Brooks, and wanted to throw something when Huff was picked in the draft. But thick and thin, they are still my team.
Do you have deep loyalty to your club? Loyalty, that if you meet like-minded people on the street, do you feel this is a brother or sister you've always had, but never met?
If not.....maybe you need a different team. Because within the Raider Nation....our strength is in numbers.
And contrary to the media, and several pundits....we are everywhere, and follow our team, without exception.
Long Live the RAIDER NATION!
RCA OUT.
