TNA: Is Mr. Anderson's TNA Title Reign a Fluke?

According to sources listed at the end of this article, TNA World Champion, Mr. Anderson, was originally planned to lose the World Title this past iMPACT!

The plan was to have Anderson drop the World Title to Jeff Hardy on February 3rd. 

The dilemma that stopped this plan was Hardy's court case. Hardy's court case didn't wrap up in time, and TNA didn't want to risk putting the belt on Hardy.

TNA obviously wants Hardy as the World Champion. 

Had Hardy's court case cleared up in time, TNA would've given him his title back, which might have resulted in AJ Styles feuding with Jeff Hardy for the TNA World Title.

TNA wants Jeff as the champion, but it looks like Hardy won't get another run with the belt until his legal issues pass. 

If TNA did give the belt back to Hardy on February 3rd, it would have made Mr. Anderson look really weak. He hasn't even held the title for 30 days yet. To make matters worse, it was his first title defense. If Anderson did lose, how would anyone take him serious anymore? 

I liked Hardy as champion but he screwed himself over with his drug issues. It's Anderson's time to shine and for now, Hardy is going to have to sit back and wait for his court case to clear before another reign.

TNA would've made a mistake had they taken the belt off Anderson. He is over with the crowd and the iMPACT Zone loves him. 

If they took the belt off Ken Anderson, his reign would've been a fluke. Not even thirty days and one title defense, and TNA was ready to take the strap off him.

Word is, TNA has Anderson vs. Jeff Hardy in a ladder match at Against All Odds for the World Title.

Will Anderson lose? I'm guessing that TNA has plans for AJ Styles to feud with Jeff Hardy for the belt. Will Hardy's court case clear before February 13th?
