Big 12 Genie: Week Four Edition

Last week was rough. The Ouija Board was substituted for the Magic 8-Ball, and it sucked worse than having to clean up after Sleezy shaves his back. Baylor pulled one out, and my upset special, New Mexico State over Nubs, was a huge no dice.

Magic 8-Ball is back this week. Let's roll...

West Virginia 24, Colorado 18

What could be the best game of the weekend, again on a Thursday, is also on my Upset Radar. WVU comes in after getting that ass waxed by East Carolina. Colorado struggled against Eastern Washington. This could be as big of an upset as the time Carol Channing fought Mike Tyson. I'll go with the Mountaineers, but Buffs could surprise.

Connecticut 28, Baylor 13

It takes a real man to admit that he's wrong. Good thing I barely meet the standards. I called for Baylor to lose to an equally as bad Wazzu team at home. Didn't happen. This week Baylor hits the road. Again, I'm doubting my man Art Briles can win this thing.

Miami 35, Texas A&M 10

Miami isn't good. ATM is really bad. Damn, this out of conference stuff isn't working in the B12's favor this week. The Sherminator is thinking that his scout position with the Houston Texans wasn't too bad about now.

Texas 48, Rice 14

Sure, Rice rolls into Austin with a 2-1 record. They also have a good QB-WR duo with Chase Clement and Jarett Dillard. Clement's mustache is pretty kickass too (artist rendering to the right). He'll need to don a cape to keep Rice in this one.

Texas Tech 60, UMass 10

If west damn Texas wasn't boring enough, UMass "invades" (term used loosely—about as loose as Sleezy's ex. Heeeey-ooo) Lubbock. Might be a good basketball game, but this should be blowout city. UMass, your check is in the mail. Thanks for coming.

Kansas 56, Sam Houston State 7

It really hurts to say this, but Todd Reesing looked great at times against USF in the loss. I'm sure losing by a field goal as time expires hurts, so expect kU to take some frustration out against Sam Houston State.

UNLV 21, ISU 14

Game o' the week Option Two. UNLV beat 'Zona State in a late one last week. ISU stunk it up against Iowa. This one's in Vegas, so if you're a Clones fan, I still wouldn't bet on yourselves. And hit up Larry Flynt's for me.
