2011 NFL Draft Underclassmen Tracker: A.J. Green Is In, Who Will Follow?
Any college football player three years removed from their high school graduation can declare themselves eligible for the NFL Draft each spring. In 2011 we are seeing an exodus of college football's top talent.
The belief that a Rookie Salary Cap will be put in place with the signing of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement has many college juniors and redshirt sophomores leaving college early to explore the NFL.
