Should the Undertaker's Undefeated WrestleMania Streak Ever End?

Every year, WrestleMania comes around, and people start buzzing about who The Undertaker will face at the grandest stage of them all.

The Undertaker has defeated every opponent he has taken on at WrestleMania, from legends such as Ric Flair and Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka, to Legend Killer Randy Orton and the animal Batista. 

At WrestleManias XXV and XXVI, The Undertaker defeated Shawn Michaels not only twice, but also put him in to retirement.  Many fans agreed that if anyone should end the streak, then it should have been HBK. However, HBK left after an emotional Raw the night after WrestleMania XXVI.

Some people speculate that John Cena will be the one to end the streak, but what does WWE gain from the streak coming to an end?

Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak is one of the main selling points of the PPV to a lot of the older and young fans. No one else has had a WrestleMania streak quite like it, and, to me, it symbolizes a key part to who The Undertaker is.

The Undertaker is known as the Deadman, and if he’s already dead, then how can anyone ever defeat him in his own garden? And if someone ends the streak, then what happens next? Does he retire or continue as normal?

WWE would lose a huge WrestleMania selling point if the streak comes to an end, and Undertaker’s legacy would take a blow (although only a slight hiccup). However, the person who ends it becomes known as not only a Legend killer, but as the man who buried The Undertaker in his own garden. It would cement the wrestler's career in the history of wrestling.

If the streak ends, or never ends, it will always be remembered, but to me, it shouldn’t. The Undertaker has put everything he has into the wrestling business, and it shows. He has won multiple championships on several occasions and the 2007 Royal Rumble, but his streak is something that sets him apart from the rest. It’s something that no one else will be able to repeat. For this, I don’t think it should ever end.
