NFL Playoffs: Green Bay Will Be Ready for Philadelphia
The Green Bay Packers made one thing clear after their convincing win over the Chicago Bears at Lambeau Field Sunday: They will be ready for the Philadelphia when they roll into the City of Brotherly Love next weekend.
"Trust me," head coach Mike McCarthy said after his team won, 10-3. "We'll be ready when we get to Philadelphia."
Philadelphia quarterback Michael Vick made a heroic effort in the second half of their Week 1 meeting, but came up short. This time, it'll be a different situation.

I hope that Vick is well-rested and healthy. McCarthy won't call off the dogs on Vick. Sorry about that, Michael. That whole reference on dogs isn't fair to you. People are dogging you out on a regular basis. As far as Packer Nation is concerned, it's a dog-eat-dog world.
We don't need a reminder that the last visit to Philly in the infamous "fourth-and-26" game in 2003 left a bitter taste in our mouths. That's why we're looking for revenge.
Right now, the Green Bay coaches can't sleep because they are working to come up with a plan to chew up the Eagles and spit them out. When the game plan is presented to the team Wednesday, the Packers should execute it to the point where fans at Lincoln Financial Field will exit by the fourth quarter.
I think DeSean Jackson won't have the luxury to clown on TV when he reaches the end zone. Oh wait, I don't see him getting there if Charles Woodson or Tramon Williams get a piece of him.
Until then, we have an entire week to look forward to the NFL's second season.
