College Football's What to Watch: Week Three

Here are my most intriguing games on the menu for week three in college football. I think these are the best games for the given day/time that they will be playing beginning on Thursday night.  

North Carolina @ Rutgers     Thursday 7:30PM  ESPN

This could be a boring game, but hey it's the only one on.

(13) Kansas @ (19) South Florida        Friday 8:00PM  ESPN2

Great early season Friday night match up here.

(23) California @ Maryland            Saturday 12:00PM  ESPN

Is California really that good? Or is Maryland that bad? This game will tell all.

Georgia Tech @ Virginia Tech   Saturday  3:30PM  ABC Reg. 

Another game worth flipping to during this time slot is the UCLA @ (18) BYU game on Versus. Which team will pick up another key win, and which one is a pretender? (Michigan @ Notre dame will be on NBC for all of you fans and people that can't get the GT/VT game in your area) 

(5) Ohio State @ (1) USC                     Saturday  8:00PM  ABC

Easily the game of the week in the Top 25. This game will decide who is a serious National Championship contender.

(10) Wisconsin @ (21) Fresno State      Saturday  10:30PM  ESPN2

The other game may still be on, but stay up late afterwards for this exciting cross country match up.
